We are a vibrant community who share a passion for an active lifestyle. Creating an amazing match between our team at Bluegrass Meadows and new renters is extremely important. We pride ourselves on cultivating an inclusive, respectful, and intentional community.

All of our homes are considered small homes.

  • We use the term Tiny Home for Tiny Homes On Wheels (THOWs). We build and sell Tiny Homes (please see our Tiny Homes for Sale page).  We also offer Tiny Home Pad Rentals when you purchase a tiny home from us or bring your own. Please fill out the rental form at the bottom of this page to get your name on the list for pad rentals.
  • Our home rentals are cabins on foundations and we offer a wide range of styles, sizes, and rental options (medium to long term leases for furnished or unfurnished homes). Places come available for rent throughout the year and we are building more so we suggest you fill out the rental application form at the bottom of this page and we will do our best to find you a home.
  • We also offer short term fully furnished rentals through Airbnb

 

Medium to long term cabin and pad rentals:

     Tiny Home Pad Fee – $750/month when you bring your own tiny home on wheels or purchase one from us

     Tiny Cabin with Sleeping Loft -$975/month including utilities

     Small Cabin with Sleeping Loft –  $1050-$1250/month including utilities

     Medium/Large Cabin with One Bedroom plus Loft  $1650-$1850/month including utilities

     Medium Furnished Cabin with One Bedroom plus Loft  $2500/month including utilities

Note: Included in monthly rent: all utilities, wifi, snow removal and use of the laundry facilities and gym. All cabins have kitchens, fridge, stove, bathroom, sleeping area, a covered deck and parking. *Lodge Suites include utilities except electricity. You will require a vehicle to live in Bluegrass Meadows as it is a 15-20 minute drive to town and there is no public transit available.
